Permanent Magnet Lifter Working Principle
The working principle of permanent magnet crane is based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. The internal use of high-performance permanent magnetic material neodymium borax can produce a strong suction in the magnetic circuit, change the magnetic line of force by turning the handle to make the crane in working or closing state; without external power supply, it is a new lifting tool with safety, energy saving and high efficiency.
When the crane is in working state, the lifting surface at the bottom of the crane forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles to firmly absorb the iron material workpiece. There is a V-shaped groove on the bottom surface, so it can not only lift the plate-shaped workpiece, but also the cylindrical workpiece. Therefore, the crane has strict requirements on the thickness and area of the plate.

 

Permanent Magnet Lifter Usage Method
1. During lifting, the surface of the workpiece to be lifted shall be cleaned first. If there is rust skin and convex thorn, it shall be cleaned. The center line of the permanent magnet crane is best to coincide with the center of gravity line of the workpiece, then place the crane on the working plane, and rotate the handle from the position of "+" to the direction of "+" to the limit pin. Check whether the safety inclined block of the handle is automatically locked, and then lift it.
2. When the workpiece is hoisted, it is strictly forbidden to overload and pass through the workpiece. The temperature of the workpiece to be lifted and the ambient temperature shall not be greater than 80 degrees, and there shall be no severe vibration and impact.
3. When lifting the cylindrical workpiece, the contact angle between the b-groove and the workpiece should be kept as two straight lines, so its lifting force is only 30% - 50% of the rated lifting force. 
4. After lifting, press the handle button inward to separate the security key on the handle from the safety pin. The handle rotates from "+" to "-" direction to stop pin. Make the crane in the closed state, and the workpiece is separated from the crane.

Permanent Magnet Lifter Maintenance
In the process of hoisting and moving, the contact surface of permanent magnet crane should be avoided as far as possible, so as not to affect the service performance and service life. When idle, the bottom of the best oil protection, wipe clean.
